The Rippling Mind!
Experiences in life leave marks on our inner self which may last very long & reach very deep. Whether they were right or wrong is a separate thing. These can be powerful enough to get carried across lifetimes as our self-beliefs. We may not be able to trace the origin without help & grace, but can recognize the power it has on us, who we think we are, who we rather wish to be, how we show up in the world etc. At the core these hold our energy as hostage, unavailable for progressive action. When this start playing in loop they become the cause of biggest energy drain for us. We feel tired, uninspired. Loops are dangerous. Origin of disease. Signature of such marks is that we feel held back in certain aspects of our preferred living or acting. The shift they made in our self-view, became so much embedded in us that we accepted them as our truth, even though very uncomfortably & sadly.
