How to spoil good health!

 

1. Believing I’m invincible

2. Treating body and its systems like an assembled machine rather than a synergistic whole

3. Believing every new fad in media is the panacea for every suffering

4. Believing wisdom is old school and does not hold relevance in today’s time

5. If its not fast and quick it’s a waste of time & effort

6. Actually believing I do not have time for the better choices

7. Believing mind is the seat of real intelligence & holds or produces every solution

8.  Believing there is a prescription to life & well being

9. Believing emotional pointer is useless and rather a hurdle on path to progress

10. Believing true health is numbers
